UET lahore Participating in Shell Eco Marathon 2011

Project:
The Shell Eco-marathon began in 1939 at a Shell research laboratory in the United States as a friendly wager between scientists to see who could get the most miles per gallon from their vehicles.From these humble origins, the organized competition for fuel economy evolved and moved to Europe.
Shell Eco marathon Asia is an educational competition which is held by the shell to create a new alternative energy efficient vehicle based on ESS criteria (economical, Eco-friendly and safety).Shell Eco-marathon has been held for 28 years in Europe and 2 years in America ,Now from the last 1 year its also came in Asia and hold on July 2010.This event challenges which is based on the alternative energy.A huge enthusiasm for this event is proven with 109 participants from world best universities team around Asia in last year 2010.
