We are looking for suitable candidates for the following positions:

Technical Director

•   MSc Engineering or higher from a top rated international university
•   12+ years’ experience in a senior management role, looking after R&D or engineering
•    Must have hands on experience working in an engineering design role, preferably
     spanning various industrial sectors
•   International work experience is essential
•   Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required
•   Knowledge of European languages is an added benefit

Control Systems
Project Manager & Project Engineers

•   BSc in Industrial Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering; Master’s Degree
     preferred
•   6+ years’  relevant experience will be considered for the position of Project Manager
•   3+ years’ relevant experience will be considered for the posts of Control
     Engineers/Senior Control Engineers
•   Responsible for controls system design, specification, programming,
     simulation and testing and troubleshooting of control and tracking systems.
•   Working collaboratively with design engineers, liaising with clients, suppliers
     and contractors
•   Implement standard engineering practices, as well as provide detailed
     documentation upon project completion
•   Manage operations, solve system problems, and ensure compliance with regulations.
•   Experience in Automotive is an added benefit


Instrumentation
Project Manager & Engineers

•   BSc in Industrial electronics/Electrical/Electronic engineering with a
     focus on measurement, control technology, Mechatronic or Automation
     technology; Masters degree preferred.
•   6+ years’ relevant experience will be considered for the position of Project Manager
•   4+ years’ relevant experience will be considered for the posts of Senior
     Design Engineers.
•   Responsible for estimation and execution of instrument engineering activities
     (Concept, Front End Engineering Development, and Technical Study & Detailed
     Design) with a focus on design & development of control systems for engines
•   Sourcing and Specifying controls hardware, instrumentation and sensors.
•   Possess good knowledge of control theory, high expertise on sensors, solenoids,
     transducers, microcontrollers, actuators and PLC programming, and relevant
     standards and regulations
•   Working collaboratively with design engineers, liaising with clients, suppliers
     and contractors
•   Project management within cost and time constrained environment
•   Preference will be given to MS degree holders & engineers working in leading
     Scientific
     R&D Organizations, Instrumentation, engine & generator industry.

Supply Chain Manager

•   Minimum BSc Engineering along with a Master’s Degree
•   5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain Management
•   Must have experience in setting up and managing international supply chains
•   Broad business background, with experience in an automotive or
     engineering business
•   Experience of development of collaborative relationships with international partners
•   Must be able to travel nationally and internationally as required


Procurement Engineer

•   BSc Mechanical Engineering or higher preferred
•   3+ years’ relevant experience; international exposure
      preferred
•   Liaising with clients and vendors for the specification of materials
     and evaluation of alternatives proposed during the tender stage.
•   Must have experience of preparation of inquiries, floating tenders,
     purchase orders, verifications of vendor supplied materials and production
     processes according to international standards.
     Senior Design Engineer/Design Engineers
•   MSc/BSc Mechanical Engineering or higher preferred
•   5+  years of relevant experience for Senior Design Engineers/2+ years for
     Design Engineers
•   Must have experience of design, analysis, and project management
