JOB DESCRIPTION

Must have at least 4 to 5 years of experience in a large manufacturing concern. Must be fully conversant with Labour Laws, Union matters, EOBI and SESSI. Deal with labour department / agencies. One who Possesses good interpersonal skills to coordinate with other departments. In-depth knowledge of relevant employment related legislation. Also experience in interpreting legislation and maintaining awareness and record of latest developments in Labour Laws.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate would be responsible for running the plant safely, smoothly and efficiently according to best practices adopted internationally. He should be able to prudently employ PPA/GSA agreements, safety rules and operating procedures. He will be responsible for training and development of staff and liaising with outside agencies. Candidate must have good experience of coordinating short/long term maintenance plans. He should be capable of providing supervision to staff in problem solving and trouble shooting and be well versed with Grid code and HV Switching.
