Degree(s)/Major(s):	BSC in Telecom/Electrical Engineering
Experience Required:	More than two years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:	-Participate in daily activities on regional basis -Responsible for RF Features Planning and Optimization. -Responsible for new sites design, survey, and drafts with suppliers on regional basis. -Responsible for Area profiling, TSS. -Responsible for Optimization of assigned BSC's -Responsible for carrying out trials at hard/soft level optimization -Innovation in routine activities -Providing support to senior team members on need basis -Drive testing of assigned BSC's on regular basis -Drive testing for rehoming activities -Pre-launch optimization of the sites -Creating TSSR after TSS. -Responsible for rehoming activities data preparation & coordination with concern departments. -Coordination with Operation department for hardware issues in the region. -Responsible for Initial Tuning Drive Test. -Responsible for New sites integration. -Follow up preventive and corrective actions related to the radio design. -LAC planning in close coordination with other departments. -Responsible for Post optimization of Location Area Plan implementations, parameters, site integrations -Responsible for the post optimization of the frequency implementations for new sites, Global and expansions.
Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:	-Interpersonal & Presentation skills -Good communication skills in English (both verbal & written). -Excellent computer knowledge in general and specifically in Microsoft Office products -Sound Knowledge of GSM/GPRS/EDGE architecture -GSM enhanced capacity & coverage features -Radio Frequency propagation and modulation basics Apply Online
