Core Responsibilities	- To perform parts inspection including initial/ pilot/ trial lots and ensure that the components need the drawing specifications - Verify performance of pilot/ trial lots on assembly line - Coordinate with development engineer to enhance the development activities - To prepare and review relevant documents and maintain their records - Responsible for the implementation of IMS - To verify and control defects on assembly line - Assist receiving inspection in segregation/ rectification
Skills Required	- Sufficient knowledge of measuring techniques - Capable to use measuring instruments and CMM - Capable to understand drawings, JIS, SES and ECN - Capable to carry out inspection of white body and big sheet metal components by using layout machine - Knowledge about materials, surface treatment and manufacturing process - Skills in report writing - Ability to guide the vendor for development of inspection fixture and for improving components - Sufficient knowledge of quality, environment, health, safety standards and regulations
